Will my engineers actually use it?
The field app is deliberately simple: today's visits, big buttons for On my way → Arrived → Leave site, the job sheet, photos and a signature. It installs from a link, works with no signal, and engineers never see the office menus or the money.
Do I need to be good with computers?
If you can send an email you can run it. You can import your customers from a spreadsheet or Joblogic, and there's a four-step setup checklist on your dashboard.
Is the AI extra?
No. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI actions that covers normal use — job intake, quote drafting, briefs, customer reports, route order and compliance scans. Nothing is saved until you've checked it.
What if I'm stuck in another contract?
Start now and set up at your own pace. If you're switching from Joblogic, tell us your contract end date and your trial stretches to meet it (up to 90 days) — we'll even do the data import for you.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly (or annually for 2 months free), cancel from the billing portal whenever you like, and take all your data with you.
What doesn't it do yet?
No timesheets, purchase orders, vehicle tracking or live Xero sync yet (invoices export as a Xero-ready CSV). The field app installs from the browser rather than the app stores.
